Sortbox
Snap. Sort. Done.

Snap your mail.
We handle the rest.

Take a photo of any letter or bill. Sortbox reads it, tells you what it is, what you owe, and when it's due, then drops it into a clean list with a one-tap way to pay. Ask it anything about everything you've ever received.

Three steps, zero filing

From a pile on the counter to a list you can act on.

No folders to build. No labels to pick. You snap, Sortbox does the reading and the sorting, and you act on what matters.

Step one

Snap it

Photograph any letter, bill, or notice the moment it arrives. Or forward the email straight to your Sortbox address.

Step two

Sortbox reads it

It pulls the sender, the type, what you owe, the due date, and what to watch for. Then it files it for you, by category.

Step three

You're done

Everything lands in a clean triage list with a one-tap Pay link to the real biller. Nothing slips through the cracks.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Is my mail actually private?
Yes. Each document is tied to your account and locked to you at the database level, so it isn't readable by other users. You can delete a single item or your entire archive at any time.
What kinds of mail can it read?
Bills and utilities, tax and IRS notices, medical statements, insurance, government and legal letters, and collections. Sortbox reads the photo directly, so handwritten notes and printed letters both work.
Do I have to type anything in?
No. You take the photo and Sortbox does the reading, the categorizing, and the due-date math. The only typing you'll do is asking it a question later.
What if it reads something wrong?
Open the document and correct any field in a tap. Sortbox shows its confidence on each reading, so anything it's unsure about is flagged for a quick glance rather than buried.
Can I get my documents back out?
Always. On Plus, every original is mirrored to your own Dropbox, so the source file lives somewhere you already control. Your archive is never a hostage.
